Terms are negotiable based on order volume and the length of our business relationship.

We are proficient in handling shipments under various Incoterms 2020. The most common terms we use are:

  • CNF/CFR (Cost and Freight): To your destination port.
We can accommodate other terms upon request.

Quality assurance is central to our operations. Every batch undergoes rigorous checks. We provide a full set of documents, including an independent Certificate of Analysis (lab report) from accredited bodies like Sucofindo or SGS, verifying key product specifications. Our processes are also guided by ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Yes, we can provide samples (typically 500g - 1kg) for your evaluation. The samples are free of charge, but we ask that the buyer covers the courier costs (e.g., via DHL, FedEx). This ensures that we can serve serious inquiries efficiently.
